Warranty is null and void if damage results from improper installation or operation of unit including, but not limited to:

• Feeding hot water through unit.
• Feeding non potable water to unit.
• Dropping unit causing mechanical damage to components.

Customer Repairs Unit

• No cost for parts required.
• Customer pays shipping cost for parts.

Natures Beverage Repairs Unit

• No cost for parts required.
• Customer pays shipping cost for unit both ways.
• Customer pays current shop hourly labor cost for hours required to repair unit. One (1) hour minimum charge.
• Customer pays for filters (Stage #1,2,3, &5) and membrane (Stage #4) if Natures Beverage has to replace in repaired unit.
